The goals of processing

The data will be processed for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter, marketing products and services provided by the administrator, satisfaction surveys, campaigning for product safety and improving the quality of goods and services to increase satisfaction related to the activity carried out by the administrator under Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.

The rights of the person whose data applies

Personal data will be processed during the period of activity of the administrator on the market and the purposes he pursues to which the data have been made available. Please be advised that the data subject has the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data transfer. The person to whom the data pertains has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with a breach of the protection of personal data.

Recipients and transfer of personal data

Personal data may be transferred by the administrator to entities authorized to receive it on the basis of applicable law, in particular entrepreneurs constantly cooperating with the administrator on the basis of concluded agreements, entities related capital with the administrator and institutions dealing with debt collection and trading, including business information offices and institutions established on the basis of art. 105 para. 4 of the Act of August 29, 1997 - Banking Law.

Profiling of personal data

Please be advised that personal data may be subject to automated decision making, including profiling. Profiling will be carried out on the basis of personal data contained in the administrator's set, in particular on the basis of data about products and services previously purchased from the administrator, as well as information available on the market regarding current demand. Profiling will be carried out using current software created for this purpose. The aim of profiling will be marketing of products and services offered by the administrator and adapting the offer to the needs and interests of the person whose data is concerned. This offer will be only a proposal or information and will not bind the person to whom the data relates in any way.
